At MyVapeFlavors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used vape products, e-liquids, or disposables cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@myvapeflavors.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Return shipments must include the RA number on the package. Packages without an RA number may be refused.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item (and confirm it meets our return criteria), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exceptions
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or neglect are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
