Return Policy

At MyVapeFlavors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used vape products, e-liquids, or disposables cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at support@myvapeflavors.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
3. Return shipments must include the RA number on the package. Packages without an RA number may be refused.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item (and confirm it meets our return criteria), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exceptions

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
• Damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or neglect are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
