GeekVape Zeus Dual RTA Review

The GeekVape Zeus Dual RTA takes the beloved Zeus lineup to new heights. With thoughtful upgrades like removing the internal cage, enhancing the top-airflow design, and expanding the diameter by 1mm, this second-gen RTA is built to impress. But the star of the show is the build deck — now accommodating both single and dual coil builds with ease.

Drip Tip/Fill Port: The top section remains familiar, mirroring the original Zeus with a drip tip that cleverly encases the protruding walls, reducing overall height. The tried-and-true quarter-turn top-fill design makes refilling smooth and hassle-free, though a push-to-open mechanism might be a welcome future upgrade.

Airflow: While the airflow control ring is reminiscent of the OG Zeus, the delivery is different and improved. Instead of vents and central airflow, wide slits on either side of the coils provide a direct and flavorful draw. This new approach results in richer flavor and a more satisfying vape experience.

Chimney/Glass: The inclusion of a bubble glass tank ups the juice capacity without sacrificing deck size, with a straight glass option included for those who prefer a sleeker profile. The double-walled chimney expertly channels airflow from the top to the coil area, enhancing flavor production.

Build Deck: The postless deck design may seem basic, but it’s actually beginner-friendly once you get the hang of it. Unlike the OG Zeus where coil placement had to be angled, the Zeus Dual features perpendicular wicking channels, making coil and wick placement much simpler.

Performance: Using AVS SS316 Claptons at around 0.23 ohms, the flavor blew me away — noticeably better than the original Zeus. Wide-open airflow delivered smooth, satisfying clouds with zero spitback or leaks. Overall, a solid performer that’s easy to love.
